System Overview
Building a medium sized Dedicated Cinema Room? This system is designed to work with rooms sized approximately 4 metres wide x 6 metres long. We've taken all the guess work out of designing your system by selecting the right components, to give you the best possible picture and sound experience!
To start we have a Tauris 120" 16:9 Fixed Screen that is mounted on your wall. Added to this is the Epson EH-TW9400 LCD Home Cinema Projector with motorized zoom, lens shift, plus lens memory to change between aspect ratios.
A Pioneer Elite VSX-LX305 7.2.2 Channel 8k Audio Video Receiver is the heart of the system, providing power to all the speakers and being the switch point between your audio / video sources. Video sources provided are a Sony Blu-ray Player to watch your DVD and Blu-ray Discs and a Strong Digital Set Top Box, to watch Free to Air channels on the Projector.
A full sized Wharfedale EVO 5.1.2 Speaker pack rounds out the system with a REL Active Subwoofer and includes Dolby Atmos Overhead Height Speakers
This system is extremely good value with exceptional performance, at a reasonable price. You would expect to spend much more for equipment of this calibre.
The option to upgrade to 5.1.4 or 7.1.2 is also available.
Finally, all Cables and Professional Installation in Metropolitan Melbourne are included.

Dynalink A2856A High Definition Digital Set Top Box

Wharfedale EVO4.3 Floorstanding Speakers
The Wharfedale EVO 4.3 is the smaller of the two Floorstanding Speakers in the EVO 4 range and has the ability to perform beautifully in small to medium sized rooms with rich clear sound from its beautifully rounded, super solid cabinet, ultra-stiff woven Kevlar woofers, large soft dome midrange and airy AMT tweeter. You get a lot of speaker for the money in three fine finishes - White Oak, Walnut or Black - to suit almost any décor.
The EVO 4.3 is like the goldilocks of the range. It isn't as large and demanding of space as its bigger brother the EVO 4.4 but it still has all the elements of an extremely competent speaker. In fact it shares the wonderful Air Motion Transformer Tweeter and the large Dome Midrange with the EVO 4.4 whilst sporting similar woven Kevlar Bass Drivers in a smaller 5" (130mm) diameter. The EVO 4.3 is also shorter and slimmer so it doesn't dominate the room as much whilst retaining the sensual cabinet curves flaunted shamelessly by all the EVO 4 speakers.

Wharfedale EVO4.C Centre Speaker
The Wharfedale EVO 4.C Centre Channel speaker brings something rather special to the table. It uses the same Air Motion Transformer tweeter and woven Kevlar bass drivers as the other EVO 4 speakers but, more importantly, it also incorporates the same 50mm soft dome midrange. The advantage of this small midrange is the way the drivers can be laid out optimally, with the tweeter above the midrange and the bass drivers to each side, without the speaker being overly tall. This arrangement not only looks correct but gives the best sound possible whilst keeping this centre channel small enough to fit into most people's cabinets. Very smart.
Of course it also means that it is tonally matched to whichever EVO 4 front speakers you happen to team it with. Top notch vocal clarity and dynamics is exactly what you want from a centre speaker and the EVO 4.C has these qualities in spades.

Wharfedale EVO4.S Surround Speakers
There are surround speakers and then there are the Wharfedale EVO 4.S Surround Speakers. These are so well made and sound so clear and spacious that they make most run of the mill surround speakers seem like a joke. Superbly styled and constructed, the EVO 4.S are available in a choice of three fine finishes - White Oak, Walnut or Black.
The EVO 4.S uses the same advanced driver technology as the rest of the range and features two Air Motion Transformer tweeters, two 50mm (2") soft dome midrange drivers and a 165mm (6.5") woven Kevlar bass driver. The drivers are placed in the carefully shaped cabinet to give the most spacious sound possible and this they do extremely well. Additionally there is a clarity and depth to the sound that will bring your cinema experience to life. Naturally the EVO 4.S is voiced to perfectly complement other members of the Wharfedale EVO 4 family but their quality is such that they could easily be used with more expensive options if required.
