Featuring high grade stainless steel specifically engineered to reduce speaker cabinet resonance, loudspeaker performance is dramatically improved.
A well designed and constructed speaker stand is required to raise the high frequency drivers of bookshelf speakers to ear level for ideal vertical dispersion, couple the speaker to the floor to drain away vibrations of any kind and decouple the speaker from the floor to prevent any vibration feedback from contaminating the audio chain. The EVO4.2 speaker stand serves all these purposes superbly thereby resulting in an almost holographic soundstage and exceptionally wide dynamic range.
Standing at the height of 616mm, the Wharfedale EVO4.2 Stands feature metalwork that is laser cut from high-grade stainless steel. This precision design means the stand is solid in stature and the stability is optimised. This considered engineering reduces vibrations and resonance of the speaker's cabinet by effectively isolating the speaker from the floor and surroundings. The ensured result is massively improved loudspeaker performance.
Note: The spike feet will scratch floors. Be careful positioning the stands on floorboards, tile or vinyl flooring. No rubber feet or pads are included to protect floors. We recommend using Quadraspire Floor Protectors or Atacama Spike Shoes to protect your floors.
